I found the location quite convenient , near the metro station. The staff were friendly and provided helpful service. I appreciated the room's cleanliness and the soft , large bath towels. I was also really surprised with a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival.

The walls seemed thin , and I could hear noise from neighboring rooms. This included conversations and sounds from the plumbing. This impacted my ability to rest peacefully at times.

The air conditioning did NOT function properly (and it was not winter!). Staff suggested opening the window. The coffee mug had not been cleaned thoroughly. These issues are unexpected for a hotel claiming a four-star rating.

The hotel's location proved convenient. the metro station being right outside greatly simplified my travels around town. el corte ingles was also a short walk away. the room was clean. It helped me relax after long days.

the breakfast was okay, but I found it lacked some variety. the items available seemed pretty basic, and some dishes tasted bland. i wished there were more options to choose from during my mornings.

I found the location quite convenient. Many restaurants were close. the metro was right beside the hotel. the staff were amazing and friendly. They offered help when needed! i liked that the hotel was very clean and well-kept.

the ac in my room was not strong. i had to open the window, and this let in a lot of city noise, a bit annoying!
